Several years ago we began searching for biodiesel processors so we could make our own diesel fuel and keep our businesses and diesel equipment running in the face of soaring fuel prices.

We tested every kind diesel processor from all the silly gimmick filters that allow you to make biodiesel from home to commercial grade equipment.

The bottom line was nothing was working perfectly. We were either spending too much time making our own biodiesel or the quality was inconsistent and we couldn't run the risk of losing any machines.

In 2008 we perfected our biodiesel process and were producing up to 500 gallons of biofuel from a single machine a day every day at commercial grade quality consistently.

It took only three hours to process a batch of fuel in our machines and the second batch could start processing while the first was still finishing.

We built a biodiesel processor that could run all day without stopping and with minimal supervision.

At a time when the competition was forced to slow down or close shop we were producing fuel at 80cents a gallon. Here's a snapshot of fuel prices when we launched in 2008.

Being able to keep our fuel cost to just 80 cents has given us a a competitive edge and enabled our businesses to thrive even in when fuel prices were soaring.
